Our KHS Academic Challenge Team had the BEST performance in Keystone history!! At the regional competition, the team of Hayden Spence, Landon Horner, Noah Weaver, Katrianna Braden and Evander Fedor, earned ninth place! Congratulations students and Advisor Tom Habenicht on this outstanding achievement!
We are highlighting the new Statistics and Probability Course at KHS next year, which will be taught by Math Teacher Adam Crabtree. One quarter of this one-semester class will be learning statistics (Normal models, z-scores, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals), while the other quarter will examine both independent and dependent probability principles. Each quarter will culminate in a final test or project- based assessment over the topics taught that quarter.
