Treasurer
The Treasurer serves as the Chief Financial Officer and reports directly to the Board of Education. The Office of the Treasurer/CFO oversees all financial operations of Keystone Local School District. These operations include, but are not limited to:
- Five-Year Forecast
- Audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)
- Annual Budget/Appropriations
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Employee Benefits
The Treasurer/CFO also serves as the Public Records Officer, and Secretary to the Board of Education, maintaining official records, documents, and meeting minutes.

Governmental Finance Officers Association / Auditor of State Awards
Keystone Local School District has been the recipient of the Governmental Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement Award and the Ohio Auditor of State (AoS) Award with Distinction for multiple years. These two awards are the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting and represent a significant accomplishment. The Treasurer’s Office is committed to being responsible stewards of public funds and is committed to transparency, accountability, and serving the interests of the Keystone community.

Fraud Notice
The Keystone Local School District and the Auditor of State take allegations of fraud in government seriously. The Ohio State Auditor’s office will review of all tips and complaints of suspected fraud.
