If you were unable to attend conferences at KMS or KHS this week, additional conferences will be held on November 10: KMS from 4:30-7:30 and KHS from 3pm-6pm.

KES conferences will take place on November 8th and 17th from 4:30-7:30. To schedule your child’s conference virtually, navigate to https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Keystone_Elementary_School.

Congratulations to KHS/JVS student Olivia Rounds on her outstanding artwork!  Her oil pastel painting was chosen to be on display at the two-year long Ohio House of Representatives High School Student Art Exhibit. This exhibition highlights the remarkable work of Ohio’s high school art students and their art teachers. Great job Olivia and special thanks to KHS Art Teacher Kevin Wacker for the inspiration he gives his students!

Thanks to our food service department, led by Supervisor Jody White, for participating in Great Lakes Apple Crunch Day! The students enjoyed trying the different varieties of apples! Check out apple orchards and fall activities near us @ Apple Orchards Lorain County.

Lastly, this week was school bus safety week. Please remember that yellow flashing lights indicate the bus is preparing to stop to load or unload children. Motorists should slow down and prepare to stop their vehicles. Red flashing lights and extended stop arms indicate the bus has stopped and children are getting on or off. Motorists must stop their cars and wait until the red lights stop flashing, the extended stop-arm is withdrawn, and the bus begins moving before they can start driving again. Thank you for helping keep our kids safe!

Have an amazing weekend Wildcats!
