We would like to recognize our custodians and grounds staff! This Department, led by Buddy Trego, does an amazing job of keeping our campus beautiful and our buildings pristine. The members of this department are listed below. We appreciate ALL you do for Keystone! It is through the hard work and dedication of all of our staff members that we are successful! Supervisor Buddy Trego adds, “I am so proud of everyone in my department, especially because of all of the extra work they have had to take on due to the pandemic. KES hosted State Representative Gayle Manning this week. Representative Manning visited Mrs. Reed’s third grade class to see our literacy instruction in action. She also met with administrators to discuss the shifts we have made, the resources we have incorporated, and the resources needed to support K-3 literacy.

Thank you so much to FCCLA Coordinator and KHS teacher Shannon Heffernan on organizing a fun fall festival! Also, thank you to KHS Science Teacher Mary Sczcepanik for bringing her Environmental Club to facilitate crafts and activities! In addition, we appreciate the senior class, KES PTA, LaGrange Fire & Rescue, LaGrange Police for their support, and J.D. Mums & More for donating items for the photo booth.

We also held our annual community breakfast this morning. Those 65+ enjoyed a delicious breakfast casserole, fruit, and drinks. They also played trivia games, bingo, and enjoyed a performance by our KMS Show Choir! Thank you again to Shannon Heffernan for hosting these great events and to Choir Director Bethany Pearce.

Have a great weekend Wildcats!
