A Message from the United Way of Lorain County

The best way to stay connected is through our 2-1-1 First Call for Help.

2-1-1 First Call for Help is a 24 hour information and referral hotline and website that connects people in need to available services such as food, rent and utility assistance. We’re now also using 2-1-1 to share information on COVID-19 and what you should know. Just dial 2-1-1, call the toll free number 1-800-275-6106, or visit www.211lorain.org to find valuable information on the ever-changing COVID-19 crisis, and what you can do to help.

*Note: The 2-1-1 referral hotline and website exists in most communities across North America – so please share this resource with your network far and wide! Find your local 211 at 211.org.

For local COVID-19 related information and resources, check out Lorain County Public Health’s website at loraincountyhealth.com or text “covid19” to 211-211.

Looking for more ways to help out?

Our goal is to connect you to the resources that you, your friends, family and neighbors might need during this stressful time, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
