The Ohio Department of Education is requiring our participation in collecting grade-level information about our students’ home connectivity and device access. The state government is collecting this information in order to determine the connectivity needs in our district and throughout the state of Ohio. In the survey, you will be asked to identify your child’s grade level as well as the method and modes of connectivity for remote learning. Please fill out one survey per child attending Keystone Schools.
