In 1995, Devin graduated from Ashland University with a BS in Elementary Education 1-8 and a Reading endorsement in grades K-12. He went on to earn a M.Ed. in 2003 in Curriculum and Instruction and later gained licensure in Administration and Gifted Education. He is currently working towards earning a doctoral degree in Gifted Education through the University of Toledo, and is an active member of OAGC.
He has been employed by Sandusky City Schools since 1998 and has served on numerous educational strategic teams, a STEM advisory board, and has helped construct curriculum for an all-gifted school.
Devin has been married to Sarah since 2004, has four children, and is proud to be a part of the leadership team of the Keystone Local School District.
