Communication between home and school is extremely critical towards providing an effective instructional environment for our children. As we prepare for our Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences, we look forward to your insights regarding your child’s education and input about the school year. As a parent, you provide valuable information for your child’s teachers, so they are better able to address your child’s needs. Our teachers truly appreciate your support that you give to your child in his/her education while at home.
KMS Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 26th. The conference will take place between 3pm and 6pm.
Our school is using PTCFast.com to make signups as convenient as possible this year. Please enter the following web address into your browser window:

Then you may choose to schedule a conference with the grade level team of teachers that is appropriate for your student.
Also, please feel free to schedule conferences with any additional teachers that your student may have this semester that are not on the specific grade level team. This may include your student’s elective teachers, accelerated teachers, or intervention teachers. These teachers visit as many grade level team conferences that they can, but if you have a specific question, you can choose to sign-up for an individual conference with them. Furthermore, I will be available as well for conferences if you would like to meet and chat about any concerns or questions you may have. PTCFast will send you a confirmation email after your registration.
Conferences will be held virtually, utilizing Google Meets. When you sign-up for your conference, please include an email address you actively check because the teachers you requested to meet with virtually will send you an email that will include the link for the virtual meeting. On the evening of your conference, please click on the link at the start of your reserved time to begin your conference.
