National Suicide Prevention Awareness month is designed to educate communities on this stigmatized, and often taboo, topic. In addition to shifting public perception, we use this month to spread hope and vital information to people affected by suicide. Our goal is to ensure individuals, friends, and families have access to the resources they need to discuss suicide prevention and to seek help.
Please use the information below to access additional resources. Thank you in advance for working to help end the stigma surrounding mental illness. It's okay to not be okay and we are here to help and support our community through even the toughest of times.
